CANCELING AN UNSORTED ORDER

CANCELING AN ORDER IN TRANSIT
If your order has been shipped, and you still want to cancel it, please contact us via Contact Us. We will try our best to help you intercept delivery. However, there will be an interception fee incurred which will be 10% of your order amount and you will need to pay us if the package finally returns to us.

Go to Contact Us and describe your request in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described item, please send us clear pictures or videos to prove it.

You are eligible to return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United Kindom.
If for any reason you do not want your item within 60 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a return and refund. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping fee is payable by the customer and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled in order to qualify for a product refund.

Who will be charged the return shipping fees?
A. FEZIBO will cover the return shipping fees if:

B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:

You don't like the item after receipt of it.

How much is the return shipping fee
If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 15% of your order product price(including tax). The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
